SMS programs in operated applications
Solvaxios LLC may offer optional transactional SMS notifications and reminders within applications it operates. An application’s program terms govern its specific messages and enrollment process. No one is enrolled merely by providing a phone number, creating an account, or accepting these website terms; enrollment requires a separate affirmative choice for that program. Opting into one application does not enroll you in other Solvaxios or independent client programs. This description does not mean that SMS delivery is currently enabled or that any campaign has been approved.
If you enroll in an available program, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a program message to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Do not assume that replying START will resubscribe you; follow the applicable program’s enrollment instructions if you wish to rejoin. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery also depends on your carrier, device, connectivity, and service availability.
Rush Manager is a Solvaxios-operated application. Its Terms of Use govern its optional transactional SMS reminder program and its Privacy Policy is the authoritative privacy policy for that program. These website terms do not replace those app-specific terms.
