This policy describes Solvaxios LLC’s practices for solvaxios.com and provides general information about applications we operate. An application’s own privacy policy governs that application where provided. This policy does not govern independent client websites simply because we built or manage them.
Information we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, message, and any company name you choose to provide. We store the submission and its time of receipt so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation. If you email us directly, we receive the information you include. Our hosting infrastructure may also process ordinary request and security information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and server logs, to deliver and protect the site.
We do not currently add advertising or analytics trackers to this website. This site does load fonts from Google Fonts; a browser request to Google may disclose technical information such as your IP address to Google under its own privacy practices.
How we use and share information
We use contact information to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, maintain our records, and protect the site. Contact submissions are stored using our hosting and database services. We use SendGrid to send an internal notification and a reply to the sender; that provider processes the information needed to deliver those emails. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users. We do not sell contact-form information.
SMS notifications for operated applications
Some Solvaxios-operated applications may offer optional, program-specific transactional notifications or reminders by text message. Where an application offers SMS enrollment, we process the mobile number, notification preferences, and opt-in, opt-out, and delivery records needed to honor the user’s choices and provide requested messages. A mobile number alone, account registration, or agreement to general terms is not SMS consent.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide a messaging service provider only the information necessary to deliver and manage opted-in messages on our behalf. Such processing is for the requested service, not for the provider’s or any affiliate’s marketing. No other sharing described in this policy permits sharing mobile information or messaging consent for marketing or promotion.
Enrollment is optional and specific to each application’s program. Opting into one application does not subscribe you to any other Solvaxios or independent client program. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a program message to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consult the applicable application policy for its specific program and support details.
Retention, security, and your choices
We keep website inquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations; there is no fixed retention period stated for this site. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You can choose not to submit the contact form. To ask about your website inquiry information or request its deletion, email info@solvaxios.com. We will review requests subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping needs. For an operated application, consult its own policy for the choices available there.
Rush Manager and other applications
Rush Manager is operated by Solvaxios LLC. Its Privacy Policy governs information processed through Rush Manager and is the authoritative privacy policy for its SMS reminder program. Its Terms of Use describe that program. Other operated applications may have their own policies. Independent client websites are governed by their respective operators’ policies, not automatically by this one.
